Week 57/58/59/60 (Piacenza, Milano) Families are forever

Ciao tutti!

It's that time again. Another email for you guys! So here we go.

The work continues. We have had maybe 3 or 4 actual sit down lessons every week so far. So that's pretty decent. We have had some nice finding sessions as well. One guy we stopped, his name is Antonio, we asked him what made him happy. He answered that his wife and kids make him happy. So we bore our testimony on how we believe families can live together forever and he started to cry a little bit and thanked us for our message and agreed to meet with us again. So hopefully that will work out.

The other day we went to a little city outside of Piacenza called Cremona with the Sorelle. They have a simp that lives there and he wanted a blessing. So we went and shared a spiritual thought and then gave him a blessing. It was a good experience. We also had a meal appointment this past week so that's pretty awesome(my 3rd or 4th meal appointment since I've been on my mission). It was with a member who is just a few years older than us. He is engaged to his girlfriend and they get married in March. He is super cool. He is from Albania and speaks English and Italian.  He made us some nice ribs, yum!

Last week for pday we went to Lecco with some other missionaries and we went on a hike. It was pretty fun. Just hiking and talking was cool.

Halloween was alright. It was as fun last years. Last year I was in Torino and that's a big city with a big ward. But Piacenza is a small city and only has a branch. So they didn't plan anything for Halloween like Torino did last year. But we had a Halloween party with our English class students and that was fun. Us missionaries "dressed up". The Sorelle just drew cat whiskers and noses on there face and Anziano Reynolds and I just un-tucked our white shirts, took our ties off and wrapped them around our heads and then put sunglasses on. It was a fun time.

Anziano Reynolds and I made a pact to play sports every day for our morning exercise so we can get back into shape. We have been playing basketball and throwing the football and running football routes most days when we can. It's fun. We have a good time.

I'm pretty sure that's about all I have. Transfers are next Wednesday so we have transfer calls this Saturday.  We will see what happens. I have been here for two transfers but my companion has been here for three. So I may stay. But who knows.

Anyways, Vi voglio bene

Me and Anziano Judkins, he is in my group I saw him a few weeks ago
