Alright fam here we are!
This past week actually went super quick. Feels like I just wrote and email lol. But we had a good week!
Last pday we went to Milano and went to a cemetery. It was pretty cool. Our Friday was super insane. We started the morning with having to take the car into the Toyota dealership for an oil change and that was a bit complicated but everything worked out. I just didn't know Italian car terms so it was kinda difficult but I figured it out. Then for lunch we had a meal appointment with a member and that was really good. A nice 3 course Italian meal. Super filling mamma Mia. Then we had like a three hour break before we had ANOTHER meal appointment. Two in one day! Not a good idea. So we went to the other members house and had another 3 or 4 course Italian meal. Holy cow was that hard. Luckily it wasn't shrimp like the last time and I could handle it lol. But ya that day was crazy.
We continued to go to some of the youth homes to drop off shirts. We got into one of their homes and we were able to say hi and chat for a sec. Sunday was good. My comp gave his talk and it went abbastanza okay haha. Nah he did good. Then that evening we had a devotional with the guy who paints all of the famous paintings in the church. Like the red robed Christ painting, the first vision, Christ with the kids on his lap, literally all of them. So it was cool to hear the processes and his insights.
Monday was crazy. In your last transfer here you give something called your Dying Testimony a few weeks before you go home. We normally do it during zone conference but this transfer we weren't able to do zone conference in person so president decided to do the dying testimonies the night before zone conference over zoom so the entire mission could here them instead of just the zones. So Monday night I gave my dying testimony! So crazy! The past 15 transfers I've been watching everyone that goes home do theirs and never would have imagined it would be my turn to do it so soon. So that was really cool. The next day was my last zone conference! Also super weird! 16 out of 16 zone conferences done. That was like the last big thing I had. Now it's kind of the home stretch.
